Shipping Info

 
 



Due to popular demand, we now provide shipping to the 36 states of Nigeria using our partnered courier services FedEx Red Star Express, to ensure timely delivery of orders to the doorsteps of our customers. However ONLY orders within Lagos are eligible for Pay On Delivery method of payment.

Before we can ship, we process your orders to verify availability of the product(s), shipping selections and payment information. We process most orders within 24hrs after payment confirmation, and will contact you if necessary.

All shipments of orders received on weekends are processed the immediate Monday, including priority shipments. All shipping time estimates are in business days. Standard shipping is estimated to be 3-5 business days depending on your location. Packages are sent out using courier service.

Please note that larger orders can possibly take longer to prepare and ship due to the time required to inspect and pack your order. All orders are inspected and packed by hand.

How will you contact me regarding my order?

Immediately after you place an online order, we will send an automatically generated acknowledgement via e-mail containing your invoice.

You will receive confirmation of preparation of shipment within 1-2 business days, or be notified of any delay at that time. Availability of items is subject to stock on hand and/or availability of items from manufacturers.



Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. When a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will immediately contact you for an updated reshipment address. If we do not receive any contact within a week of the package being returned, we will cancel your order.

 

Incorrect Address

We ship all packages based on the address that you entered during checkout. Please make sure that the address you enter in is correct.

 

Advice on Receiving Your Package

If you will be unavailable to receive your package,please ensure that someone else will be there to receive, inspect ,and pay for your package.Our dispatch man will not leave your package at the door or around your house if no one is home. On the day of delivery, our dispatch man will give you a few moments to inspect your package for you to make sure you have the correct sizes,and correct items.

 

Non-Lagos Residents

When you place your order,click on BANK DEPOSIT as your payment method before you submit. Shipping to other states usually takes between 24 hours to 7 working days to be delivered. All upcountry packages are sent out using Trade Ways Express or FedEX. Upon payment confirmation,we ship within 24hrs,and notify you,and provide you your airway bill number which you can use to track the progress of your package. All Upcountry orders are held for a period of three(3)days from your day of order,if we have not received payment confirmation from you within this time,your order will be cancelled,and you may need to re-order. Exchanges And Refunds

Before you place your order, always view our size chart to make sure you select your correct size.If a customer has need for an exchange,we should be contacted via email or phone immediately so that we can arrange for an exchange.The customer would pay an exchange fee of N500 on the day of exchange,and would be required to repackage the item(s) she wishes to exchange. An item will be regarded as "nonexchangeable" if the customer damages the item or if the customer fails to notify us about the exchange within three(3) days,  If for some reason,the customer is not pleased with the item(s) she ordered,we should be contacted immediately within 24hrs so the items can be returned.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not currently offer cash refunds. All refunds are redeemed in the form of store credits to be purchased from our store at the convenience of the customer.

Also, items purchased online, can be returned or exchanged at our store location( Red Rose Plaza, Raji Rasaki Drive, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos) The customer should come along with her items along with her delivery invoice no later than three(3) days after delivery .

Please note that all sale items are non exchangeable and non refundable.
